What we collect

Consultation form: your name, email, optional phone number, the service you’re interested in and your message.
Client portal: your account details, the documents and information you upload, and messages you send us.
Basic technical data (like browser type) that our hosting provider may log.

Please don’t send Social Security numbers or tax documents through the website form. Use the client portal for documents.

How we use it

Only to respond to you and to provide the services you ask us for, including meeting legal filing obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as hosting and storage), with taxing authorities when filing on your behalf, or when required by law.

How it’s stored

Information is stored with access controls so only authorized staff can see it, and portal clients can see only their own files. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Retention and your choices

We keep client records as long as needed to provide services and as required by law. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us. To delete your SAM app account, see Delete your account.
